The Dry Creek Valley Trash Pickup is a great way to meet your neighbors and help keep our valley beautiful. Volunteers from DCVA, Winegrowers of Dry Creek Valley, and Russian Riverkeeper work together to pickup roadside debris.
Last year, we had 32 volunteers and walked 26 miles of roadway.
We removed a total of 1,340 lbs of trash, including
- 636 lbs of trash
- 140 lbs of tires
- 117 lbs of metal
- 41 lbs of car parts
- 260 lbs of wood
- 136 lbs of recycling.
